Public website and downloads

The portfolio does not require a customer account. Free PDF downloads do not require an email address. The hosting and security providers process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested path, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.

Order Document Studio does not currently set its own advertising cookies or sell personal information. Essential provider security controls may use short-lived cookies or similar mechanisms.

Checkout and payment

When a live checkout is available, the customer leaves or opens an embedded surface operated by the named checkout provider. That provider processes contact, billing, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, receipt, and download information under its own terms and privacy notice.

Order Document Studio does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. We may receive order details needed to provide the purchased files, support the customer, reconcile revenue, or respond to a refund request.

Support correspondence

If you email support, we process the address, message, attachments, and order details you choose to provide. Do not send client records, tender documents, payment-card data, health information, access credentials, or other confidential material.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized according to the mailbox provider’s available controls and backups.

OrderSimple

The OrderSimple Shopify application has a separate, app-specific privacy notice because Shopify authentication, installation, subscription, configuration, and compliance-webhook data differ from this public portfolio.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by hosting, domain, email, checkout, accounting, security, and platform providers only as needed to operate the relevant service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. Contact support with the relevant order or email context. We may need to verify the request and cannot delete records that must be retained for legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes.
